Professional Experience
• 7+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales in technology companies (SaaS, Cloud, CRM, ERP, Data or AI).
• Previous experience in Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud or NetSuite is a plus.
• Proven track record of interaction with C-Level (CEO, CIO, CMO, CFO) and managing complex sales cycles (6–12 months).
• Ability to structure solid business cases (ROI, TCO, Payback) to justify technology investment.
• Regional or multinational experience in LATAM, managing territories or corporate clients.
Technical and Sales Skills
• Consultative sales and value-based selling.
• Design and argumentation of business cases based on financial impact.
• Planning and execution of go-to-market strategies by industry.
• Ability to connect solutions like Sales, Service, Marketing, Data or AI Cloud with business results.
• Fluent in forecasting, pipeline management, and methodologies like Sandler.
• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills (presentations for board or C-Level).
Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
• Relationship Builder: generates trust and credibility quickly.
• Active listening, commercial empathy, and solution orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with presales teams, partners, and marketing.
• Informal leadership: inspires and elevates team performance.
Strategic Sales Ability
• Demonstrated ability to build multi-year, multi-cloud transformation programs.
• Solid skills in account planning, stakeholder mapping, and value hypotheses.
• Experience selling at C-level (CEO, CFO, CIO, CDO) and influential at the board level.
• Ability to position business results, not products.
Experience in Large Businesses and Complex Deals
• Proven experience leading Big Deals (ACV of seven figures) from strategy to closing.
• Solid business orchestration skills through:
• Internal teams (Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance)
• Partners / SIs
• Experience structuring complex deals (multi-year, phased value, consumption models).
Agentic / AI-Led Transformation Sales
• Demonstrated experience selling AI, Data, Platform, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Ability to articulate and co-design use cases of Agentic Business.
• Experience leading POVs, pilots, or value-based plays.
• Comfort discussing AI value, adoption, change management, and governance.
Execution Discipline and Cadence
• Strong monthly execution cadence and rigor in forecasts.
• Ability to balance:
• Long-cycle strategic businesses
• Short-term execution and pipeline hygiene
• Proven consistency in pipeline generation, coverage, and business progression.
Business Acumen
• Solid understanding of:
• Customer economics and ROI modeling
• Dynamics of large economic groups' industry
• Ability to connect technology investments with impact on P&L and growth levers.
Leadership and Ownership
• High level of ownership, resilience, and accountability.
• Acts as the account CEO.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence complex ecosystems.
