Project Management Intern

We are looking for a Project Management (PM) Intern to join the Futureforce program, supporting project management within the Salesforce ecosystem. This position combines management, data, AI (Agentforce), and delivery, preparing talent to lead projects with a focus on results, efficiency, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project monitoring (planning → execution → delivery).
• Assist in managing schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Work with Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) alongside Developers, UX designers, and Architects.
• Support the use of tools such as Jira, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Monitor indicators such as deadlines, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Support initiatives using AI (Agentforce) to drive productivity gains.
• Prepare status reports and executive presentations.

Candidate Profile

• Interest in project management, technology, and AI.
• Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
• Strong communication skills across different audiences.
• Proactivity and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to work with data and make informed decisions.
• A drive to learn and grow quickly.
