St Vincent's Private Melbourne is a facility of St Vincent's Health Australia under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries. We are a not for profit Catholic private hospital which operates across four sites at Fitzroy, East Melbourne, Kew and Werribee.
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Officer with exceptional communication and administration skills to form part of our team in the St Vincent's Fitzroy Cardiovascular Centre. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability. This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for someone who can work under pressure and maintain excellent interpersonal skills with a strong patient focus. This is a front of house / patient facing role and ideally requires someone with hospital administrative experience, but not necessary.
You will be responsible for the coordination of communication, patient services and clerical functions as directed by the Cardiovascular Nurse Unit Manager.
Your ability to deliver high quality customer service to all medical staff, nursing staff and patients is essential and your everyday duties will include:
