Marketing Communications Manager/Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Communications Manager/Executive to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a key part in driving global marketing and sales communications, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and consistently delivered across multiple channels.
About The Role
- Draft, copy edit, and schedule communications for prospective students, agents, and sales teams.
- Build and send email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Maintain and update internal communications platforms with relevant content.
- Draft and publish web and blog content for our Agent Portal (Salesforce Communities)
- Test new Agent Portal features and manage the rollout of internal and external communications.
- Develop, create, and distribute product and services training/reference guides for agents and sales teams.
- Monitor, report, and analyse engagement with marketing communications and training materials to inform future strategy and improvements.
- Uphold compliance with PECR and GDPR guidelines across all marketing communications.
- Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistently maintained across all channels and materials.
- Lead the creation and delivery of compelling multi-channel communication campaigns, from concept to execution, including events, thought leadership, email, web, and social content.
- Oversee or produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to different audiences – including business partners, agents, students, and staff – ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business concepts into clear and engaging communications.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management, change communications, and employee engagement.
- Proven experience aligning communication plans to business strategy and organizational priorities.
- Previous experience in marketing communications, ideally within education or B2B environments.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with reporting tools and data analysis to track engagement and performance.
- Solid understanding of data protection regulations (PECR, GDPR) and brand governance.
