Technical Sales Support Engineer (C&SE Europe)

Job Description

We are looking for a technical specialist who will be a key link between our customers and internal teams. If you are attracted by the work where technology, communication, and innovation come together, and where you will not freeze in your development, then you have probably found it.

What you will do:

• Provide advanced technical support to customers – remotely and on-site.
• Help with product selection and configuration, propose optimal solutions.
• Be a technical expert for the sales team and other departments – train colleagues, raise the technical level of the company, and also show the upcoming generations what robots can do (school excursions, presentations at employer showcases...).
• Conduct training for customers, present products at trade fairs, roadshows, and webinars.
• Prepare 3D simulations and real tests for business support arguments.
• Actively educate yourself in the field of products, solutions, and industry trends.
• Provide administrative support for technical activities – CRM, documentation.
• And also play with those robots a little bit ;-)

Qualifications

• Education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Experience in knowledge transfer in the form of training is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC, robot programming, or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Developed communication skills and a proactive, independent approach, but also the ability to be an active team member.
• Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluent in Czech.
