We are a Swiss family-owned company with over 6,000 employees worldwide and have had a central office in Pardubice since 2005 for Central and Eastern Europe. Our Fluid Connectors division produces and supplies reliable energy connection solutions to customers in the areas of fluid quick couplings, multi-couplings, and complete systems for clamping and form exchange in the plastics industry.

We are currently looking for support for our technical support department in Pardubice for the position of Technical Support Engineer for the entire Central and Eastern Europe region, with outreach to other regions as well.

What do we expect from you?

• Thanks to your technical background, after thorough training, you will become an expert on our products and will support the sales team and our customers directly.
• You will use English practically every day – we have activities throughout the Central and Eastern Europe region, and you will also become the main contact person for our distributors in other parts of the world and will have regular communication with our production plants in Germany and France.
• In the context of one-time customer requests and long-term projects, you will prepare technical specifications and propose optimal solutions according to customer needs.
• You will take care of the careful processing of project checklists, project administration in CRM, and you will also be able to create offers in SAP.
