You will work in a dynamic and competent customer service team that supports our numerous customers throughout Switzerland:
- Preventive maintenance and on-site maintenance at our customers' locations (approximately 75%).
- Technical support and consultation (hotline)
- Data management and tracking of service operations in our CRM system.
- Management of the spare parts warehouse through SAP
You have a solid technical education (technician/engineer) and, if possible, proven experience as a service technician in the field of automation technology. Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you can quickly identify and reliably solve problems. You react competently to different stress situations and always appear professional. You like to work in a team, but also independently and responsibly. Your native language is German and you can communicate in English (verbally and in writing). Knowledge of French is advantageous.
