Job Description

We are looking to maintain and further develop our Sales activities in Romania by adding a new Sales Engineer to our team to provide continuous support to our existing customers and increase prospection activity with new potential companies.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • You are a reliable person willing to take on a full responsibility of developing our market position in Romania as an advanced robotics and automation solution provider.
  • Previous experience from industrial B2B sales environment is an advantage, technical background and interest in technology is a must.
  • Active driver with good English knowledge for daily communication willing to travel around the country.
  • Preferred place of your residence: Sibiu, Kluj, Brasov, Pitest.
  • The work is entirely remote, but you can use our facilities and meet our colleagues at our office in Sibiu.

Advantage is:

  • Knowledge of the Hungarian language will enable you to develop your business development across borders.

Main activities:

  • Regular customer visits 3 to 4 days a week to develop customer relationships and search for potential new customers and projects.
  • Negotiating deals and project management with existing key customers.
  • Market prospection & analysis, business development activities to reach new contacts.
  • Daily work in CRM to provide up-to-date view on sales funnel and timely activity reporting.
