Stäubli Fluid Connectors manufactures quick coupling systems for fluids, gases, and electrical energy. Our standardized and customized products, mono- and multi-couplings, tool changers, and Quick Mold Change Systems (QMC), combine safety, performance, and quality, thus guaranteeing high added value.
You will work in the home office or on-site at the customer in the Baden-Württemberg region, Austria, and Switzerland.
Systematically develop and manage customer relationships in the responsible sales area (Baden-Württemberg region, Austria, and Switzerland) of the plastic industry at all levels of the organization (from executives/managing directors to technical project teams).
Expand customer base including a key account with the goal of revenue growth and agile support of target customers and close cooperation with area sales managers.
Analyze and prioritize customer-specific requirements, process optimizations, and design economic customer solutions for tool quick change - Quick Mold Change (QMC) and in lean management around product change (SMED).
Identify needs and design market-appropriate customer solutions in the field of plastic molding under the aspect of process efficiency and employee motivation.
Manage inquiries and projects until successful contract conclusion in cooperation and active support of the area sales.
Ensure customer proximity by participating in and representing the company at events such as networking meetings, trade shows, congresses, etc.
Implement and monitor results and company goals (including budget planning, target agreements, KPIs).
Independently present our product portfolio and conduct sales negotiations and sales closures.
Maintain the CRM system.
Close cooperation with our sales support and project engineering.
Monitor the competition as a basis for an active and successful sales strategy.
Exchange with colleagues in the international Stäubli subsidiaries on global projects and customer requirements.
Completed technical studies, or completed vocational training with appropriate further education.
First, position-appropriate professional experience in the sales of capital goods, project management, and business development.
Industry knowledge in the field of the plastic industry and/or automation, as well as in the sales of explanatory products.
Very good knowledge of MS-Office, CRM system is an advantage.
Negotiating-secure German and good English skills.
Germany-wide travel readiness.
Residence in the vicinity of the workplace in the Baden-Württemberg region or willingness to relocate to this region.
