Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, highly independent individual to take on the professional responsibility for the entire payroll and human resources administration (onboarding to offboarding including the creation of all documents such as contracts, agreements, etc.) for our HR team. In the admin and payroll area, two other HR specialists work.

Responsibility for the full payroll processing including the calculation of all social insurances for around 450 employees

  • Independent processing of year-end activities (calculations of social insurances, source tax, etc.)
  • Processing of accidents and sickness-related absences
  • Creation of complex evaluations and statistics
  • Point of contact for all administrative questions of employees on topics such as salary, FAK, vacations, etc.
  • Participation in HR projects

Qualifications

  • Commercial education and at least 10 years of experience in a comparable position as head of payrolling/administration
  • Further education in HR, preferably Payroll Specialist
  • High IT affinity, very good SAP HR and MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
  • High understanding of processes (HR tools)
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills
  • Service-oriented, flexible, team-capable and open-minded personality
  • Independent, structured and very exact working method
  • Ability to work on and prioritize various topics simultaneously
