Description of the Position

Within the Marketing department of our Connectors division, you will join the Commercial Excellence team. The main objective of your internship will be to qualify the customer experience in order to develop a transformation plan for digital services.

In this context, your internship missions will be as follows:

  • Conduct a study of customer expectations in terms of service and evaluate the current customer experience to develop a plan for the transformation of digital services
  • Prioritize areas for improvement and integrate an action plan
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sector

Other missions may be assigned to you according to the needs and priorities expressed in order to support the team or the business manager.

You will develop key skills in customer journey strategy and project management in an international environment.

Qualifications

Currently in the fourth or fifth year of a business school and interested in commercial and marketing strategy, you are looking for an internship to validate your year.

Specific knowledge:

  • Digital marketing
  • Project management tools and methods
  • Commercial strategy

Essential foreign languages: written and spoken English

Qualities: analytical and synthesis skills, technical curiosity, and social ease

Additional Information

Internship of 4 to 6 months with attractive compensation

Location: Faverges (Haute-Savoie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes)

Mobility: potential visit to a supplier in Europe

Hours: full day
