We are looking for an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our Joint Replacement (JR) division in Denmark. In this role, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker's hip and knee replacement solutions, including our cutting-edge Mako SmartRobotics technology across Denmark.
In this role, you'll demonstrate best-in-class sales behaviors, serving as a role model for junior colleagues while leveraging a consultative approach to selling. Your responsibilities include engaging potential customers, understanding their clinical and business needs, positioning Stryker's products as the optimal solution, and driving successful outcomes through closing agreements and delivering exceptional post-sale support – including case coverage in the operating theater.
