Sales Position

This position is responsible for achieving sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and to increase Stryker's presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.
  • Support Business Director / Business Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners (dealers), customers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a key account information system to support & monitor performance of dealers.
  • Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
  • Liaise with spot dealers to maximize success rate.
  • Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
  • Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area.
  • At least 4 years sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven record in channel management and key account management.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with good negotiation & communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
