Senior Process Engineer
The Senior Process Engineer supports the execution of assigned projects with an emphasis on the manufacturing process, technology, and procedures required for the manufacture of new products. You will work in a recently established manufacturing site in Skawina, providing support to the Advanced Operations Engineering Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing engineering support for new product and process introductions, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the Stryker new product development procedures.
- Ensuring quality of process and product as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications.
- Assisting in the selection of machines and their equipment based on analysis of specifications, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting capital acquisition activities.
- Analyzing equipment to establish operating data, conducting experimental test and result analysis. Participating in process review meetings.
- Participating in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP generation associated with product transfers and launches.
- Completing capability studies for in-process inspection and generating subsequent inspection documentation.
- Conducting MSA studies for new products and new processes.
- Ensuring adherence to GMP and safety procedures.
Requirements include:
- Engineering degree
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product, and process design.
- Experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of English and Polish language.
