Sales Representative (m/w/d) For Emergency Care

We are looking for a talented Sales Representative for our customers in the emergency care sector. In this role, you will specialize mainly in emergency equipment, such as LIFEPAK 35 defibrillators, mechanical chest compression, ambulance transport stretchers, and consumables and goods.

This position is an optimal opportunity for both experienced sales professionals and talents from the emergency care/medical environment to start a varied career with Stryker and to improve the medical care of patients together with us and our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for the sales of emergency equipment (e.g., defibrillators, mechanical chest compression, transport stretchers, consumables) in the Brandenburg and Saxony area (postal code areas: 01, 02, 03, 14, 15)
  • Comprehensive relationship management and care of our existing and acquisition of new customers.
  • Implementation of marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conducting negotiations.
  • Creation and follow-up of orders to ensure a smooth delivery process and high satisfaction.
  • Participation in internal meetings on organization, development, and business topics.
  • Consultation and training of customers, including doctors and emergency services, in the context of workshops.

Qualifications include:

  • Training in the medical field (e.g., emergency medical technician, paramedic) or a completed degree in medical technology, health management, nursing, business administration, etc.
  • Proven consulting skills and sales affinity as well as communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to build and maintain viable networks.
  • A high degree of self-initiative and goal orientation.
  • Valid Class B driver's license.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ideally several years of sales experience, preferably in the medical technology environment.
  • Preferably already comprehensive product expertise in the field of defibrillators.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and digital sales solutions such as Salesforce.

Additional information:

  • Comprehensive training and product training for a successful start.
  • Company car, also for private use.
  • Travel activity of up to 80% in the sales area, occasionally external overnight stays.
  • Flexible working hours with the possibility of home office.
