Production Lead - 2nd Shift - $30.25/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Premium

Production Lead

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 3:45pm - 12:15am

What you will do:

As the Production Lead, you will be responsible for the following listed below:

1. Lead and support a team of assemblers to meet daily production goals.
2. Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
3. Train new team members on assembly procedures, tools, and safety protocols.
4. Perform and inspect assembly tasks to ensure quality and compliance.
5. Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
6. Maintain accurate records of production output and team performance.
7. Promote a safe, organized work environment and enforce company policies.
8. Act as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and process improvement suggestions.

What you will need:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience

Preferred:

• 3 years of medical device assembly.
• Medical device, Sub-assembly or Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Leadership or Back up leadership experience.
• Ability to do small assembly work using a microscope.
• Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement.
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
