You will independently take on projects to automate and digitize administrative processes. Within different projects and in the implementation of various HR processes (performance, compensation, and talent management), you will support the local HR business partners. Participation and handling of employment law issues are part of your daily work as well as support for the complete onboarding program. Furthermore, you are involved in employee care, personnel development, and employee retention and actively shape the employee life cycle.
You have either a commercial basic education (EFZ), a training as a mediamatician (EFZ) or a degree from a business school – or you are in an advanced semester of a study in economics, psychology, social or humanities, pedagogy or a comparable field or have already successfully completed your studies. Your great interest in modern personal work in an international corporation motivates you to tackle challenging tasks both independently and in a team. You are enthusiastic about information technology solutions and media sciences (communication) and have very good German and English skills.
