HR/Payroll Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious HR/Payroll student to join our Nordic HR team for an exciting internship experience in our Malmö office where you'll have the opportunity to work across four diverse countries, each with its own local language, local currency and local legislations gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and international HR environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Exposure and gain experience from various HR related tasks, tools and HR-systems on the Nordic market.
• Gain experience and insights into how payroll routines and regulations work and vary between Nordic Countries.
• Contribute to local small-scale projects and internal employee communications.
• Getting insights into how it is to work with daily Business Facing HR duties in an international matrix organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn what it's like to work in a global organization while being based at our Malmö office, where you will be part of our dedicated Nordic HR team. Interns also get the opportunity to virtually network with other HR interns within HR Northern Europe.

Preferred qualifications include:

• You are in the final stages of your ongoing HR studies (Payroll, Human Resources management or similar) and want to gain practical experience as part of your education.
• Special interests or knowledge from Nordic working practices, holiday legislations and local benefits management is a plus.
• You need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of another Nordic language is considered a plus.

• Nature of the contract: Internship, linked to CSN Eligible University course such as e.g. SF1400 V26 Kvalificerad arbetspraktik med samhällsvetenskaplig inriktning Göteborgs Universitet or other hands-on CSN eligible working experience courses.
