To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers.
To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed.
To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports.
To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required.
To fulfill Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits.
To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders.
To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits.
To escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis.
Required:
Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. Biomedical, Telecommunications, accepted)
Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English
Min 1 year of relevant experience
Strong technical and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Computer skills / literacy
Preferred:
Basic IP Networking knowledge
Arabic language
