1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm, OT as needed by the business
What You Will Do
Assists in the administrative and/or clerical functions associated with counting, monitoring, adjusting, and investigating discrepancies of components under general supervision. This position will also be required to assist in root cause investigations to aid in eliminating the risk of manufacturing lines shutting down.
Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, and other documents as related to investigations
Report out on Tier 1 Meetings
Intermediate level competency in the use of the basic JDE screens
Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies
Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location
Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages and/or shipments
Collaborate cross-functionally plant wide
Ensure inventory owners follow an orderly and accessible storage standard
Work with Branch management, Materials, Assembly, Fabrication, and other support staff to optimize inventory traceability
Participate in branch-wide procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
What You Will Need
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
1 year of related experience
