Customer Service Rep I
As a Customer Service Rep I, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
Responsibilities include:
- Validating the ship to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
- Ensuring PO entry accuracy as the front line for data entry
- Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Being the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues
- Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
- Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
- Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process
- Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
Requirements:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED, Two (2) years' relevant work experience
- Preferred: Experience as account representative; order entry; Oracle
$20.08/hr. – $32.87/hr. plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
