Order To Cash Manager
Manage the order to cash process and customer logistics (front office) for the Stryker portfolio in Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, and Puerto Rico.
Maintain direct communication with customers before and after the sale, ensuring exceptional service.
Coordinate with production plants to ensure timely availability of products.
Support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, driving revenue from services and products.
Design and execute strategies to optimize the customer supply chain.
Resolve customer inquiries related to returns, order status, deliveries, production scheduling, and invoicing.
Collaborate with customers and distributors to report and manage equipment failures, ensuring clear reports to management.
Identify additional business opportunities in the pre-sale and post-sale processes.
Required qualifications include a university degree, +2 years of experience in customer service, advanced proficiency in English (B2 or higher), advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and prior experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE.
