What you will do
As the Coordinator, Inventory, you will coordinate product requests for various inventory pools, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products.
- Conduct visual and operational tests on devices to ensure they meet functionality requirements. Identify and isolate non-conforming devices to stage for repair
- Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting
- Administer and operate the organization's warehouse, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment
- Account for all materials and supplies in the facility; audit goods received into warehouse
- Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
- Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance, and protection of facilities and equipment
- Show versatility of work through adapting to new situations, and seeking better ways of completing tasks
- Complete all inventory transactions systematically and physically
What you need
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
- Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Team lift up to 150 pounds occasionally
Preferred
- Experience in shipping/receiving
- Handling/evaluation of medical devices
