Summary: The Associate Special Operations Representative supports both customers and internal teams by managing pre- and post-sales service functions. This role handles customer requests, processes returns (RMA), exchanges, and service orders, and updates databases to track the status of equipment, repairs, and inventory. Responsibilities include documenting and reporting return and repair information, maintaining organized service records, coordinating field service calls, managing product updates and pricing, and resolving return or credit issues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
