Associate Field Service Representative
Work Flexibility: Remote
What you will do:
As an Associate Field Service Representative, you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repair of our Mako Robot. The Mako Robot is a highly complex robotics medical equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support. Also, verifying and approving the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.
- Exercise sound judgment and decision making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions
- Independently manage work calendar and travel schedule
- Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of performance, allowing Stryker to meet and exceed the company's financial goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Sr. Level Field Service Representatives and Sales
- Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation, and other assigned equipment
- Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to, field service reports, expense reports and service checklists
- Other duties may include, but are not limited to, travel and assist in other Field Service team members territories, instructing/training customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment, software and hardware upgrades/updates, installation, and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, and cadaver labs or seminars as required
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Associates or Bachelors
- Previous experience as a technical field service professional or in a relevant capacity
- Demonstrates functional technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Possess ability to follow mentorship instructions and guidance
- Possess ability to schedule and work independently or with a team on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Time management skills to effectively meet customer SLA. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and office applications
United States of America Pay Ranges:
USN: $28.01 - $38.75 USD Hourly
Travel Percentage: 80%
