Striim is hiring a Partner Sales Engagement Manager to execute partner-facing programs and co-sell initiatives with key hyperscaler partners—Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Snowflake. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of our partner event activities and day-to-day collaboration with field sales teams.
This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of partner engagement before, during, and after events, and will serve as a key liaison between Striim's sales team and our hyperscaler partner organizations. While program direction will be defined by the leadership team, this role will be fully accountable for bringing those plans to life.
We are a lean, high-velocity team, and the ideal candidate will be a quick learner with excellent follow-through, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
Base Compensation Range: $125,000 - $135,000 USD on an annualized basis. In addition to base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn commission-based rewards.
