We're expanding fast and looking for emerging leaders who want to grow a business, lead teams, and drive results—even if they've never stepped foot in a repair shop. As a Service Manager Trainee, you'll run operations, manage people, and drive performance using data and systems—not tools. Think of it like running your own business: you'll lead a team, own the results, and continually improve how work gets done. This role is perfect for candidates who assimilate with high volume, fast paced environments that can walk into a new challenge, ask the right questions, and lead by example.

  • Predictable daytime schedule – 7:30 AM – 6 PM
  • $70-80 K base + uncapped monthly commission
  • Climate-controlled, tech-forward shops – tablets replace ticket printers
  • 4-week paid automotive bootcamp – we teach the cars, you bring the people skills
  • Clear ladder: Trainee → Service Advisor → Shop Manager → Multi-Unit Leader

What you'll do

  • Own the guest experience from first "Welcome in!" to five-star Google review
  • Build fast, transparent digital estimates and explain Good/Better/Best options
  • Schedule work, dispatch jobs, and keep technicians busy & on-time
  • Track KPIs daily—labor %, parts margin, CSI—and course-correct in real time
  • Keep the front desk shining, the coffee fresh, and the vibe upbeat

What you'll bring

  • 1+ year supervising 5+ teammates in restaurants, retail, or hospitality
  • Proven call-it-like-you-see-it customer service and conflict-resolution chops
  • Comfort juggling phones, POS screens, and face-to-face guests simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license & a hunger to learn the automotive side

Fast-Track Training (Paid)

  1. Week 1: Automotive 101 – vehicle systems & shop safety
  2. Week 2: Service Flow – RO creation, parts sourcing, dispatch
  3. Week 3: Sales Mastery – estimate building, value-based presentation
  4. Week 4: KPIs & Finance – labor mix, parts GP, warranty control
