We, Stowe Family Law, the UK's largest family law firm, are looking to appoint a Head of Salesforce. These senior roles don't become available often, let alone coupled with such an exciting project as ours. Are you ready to play a key role?
We're seeking a hands-on Head of Salesforce Platform & DevOps to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role ensures the platform aligns with business goals, enhances operations, and elevates client experiences.
As the strategic and technical lead, you'll oversee platform governance, architecture, and DevOps, driving scalability, innovation, and best practices. You'll champion DevOps principles to streamline development, testing, and deployment while ensuring security, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence, mentoring teams and accelerating Salesforce innovation across the business.
You're right for the role if you have:
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce coupled with strategic leadership
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, design, customization, and integration (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft etc.)
- Experience in implementing and managing a Salesforce DevOps framework, including tools such as Gearset, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Proven ability to manage Salesforce platform lifecycles, including development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Experience with managing and leading Salesforce implementations, integrations, and upgrades across multiple teams
- Experience of leading and mentoring a Salesforce development team
Your technical skillset might also include:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II)
- Experience with Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CPQ, or other advanced Salesforce features
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in agile project management
- Familiarity with third-party tools and apps available in the Salesforce AppExchange
- Experience in the Legal or Professional Service sectors
- Experience with Certinia, DMS, Time Recording, Mulesoft
