Service Technician In Automation

As a Service Technician in automation within our Packaging Automation team, you will become an important part of our cohesive team. You will work with maintenance, service, and installation of our proprietary machines. The job involves travel both within Sweden and abroad, giving you the opportunity to work in varied environments and meet new people.

The job is located in Jönköping, we offer a hybrid work location according to agreement with the manager which means you can work from home. You will work in the Packaging Solutions division and report to the Service & Aftermarket Manager. The position is for a permanent employment with start date according to agreement, so welcome with your application today!

Main duties

• Perform service and maintenance on our machines
• Install machines at our customers
• Carry out technical troubleshooting and problem solving
• Program and adjust control systems in our machines (experience with Schneider Systems is meritorious)
• Build good customer relationships and provide first-class support

• Have experience in electrical engineering and automation
• Have programming skills in Schneider Systems (meritorious)
• Are self-driven, solution-focused, and adaptable
• Thrive on traveling and working independently, while also appreciating good collaboration
• Handle changes in planning with a cheerful mood
• Have a professional and friendly demeanor
• Have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
