- Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed KPIs and business objectives
- Train and coach SDRs on sales fundamentals, phone techniques, and career development
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, and Marketing on inbound and outbound campaigns
- Involved in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for new team members

- Experienced in tech sales with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a management or team lead role for 1-2 years
- Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
