- Providing technical support services to customers and troubleshooting technical support issues
- Collaborating with support colleagues and internal organizations to achieve superior customer service
- Documenting and tracking progress of new customer issues
- Obtaining necessary knowledge and skills to become proficient with responsible products
- Finding opportunities to improve productivity of issue resolution and provide better solutions to help customers

- Excellent customer-facing skills with a college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or technical equivalent
- Ability to work with remote teams and knowledge of software testing tools or test management tools
- Basic/intermediate level knowledge of at least 1 programming language and REST APIs
- Understanding of web fundamentals, databases, and querying
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to advocate for customers
