- As an Associate Account Executive, you will create and manage your own pipeline of opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- The role involves closing deals up to $25,000 and running upsell and cross-sell campaigns to boost In Quarter Close (IQC).
- You will be expected to conduct a high volume of daily activities, ranging from 60 to 80 calls or interactions.
- The position offers constant training and enablement on product knowledge and sales skills.
- There is a clear career progression path from Associate Account Executive to Account Executive 1 within 3-5 months.

- The ideal candidate will have 10-12 months of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in the software industry.
- A successful applicant will have a proven track record of overachieving on daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong phone skills are essential, including the ability to handle objections effectively.
- The candidate should demonstrate high coachability and a strong willingness to learn and grow within a sales organization.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and 6sense is a plus.
