- The ideal candidate will have 10-12 months of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in the software industry. - A successful applicant will have a proven track record of overachieving on daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs). - Strong phone skills are essential, including the ability to handle objections effectively. - The candidate should demonstrate high coachability and a strong willingness to learn and grow within a sales organization. - Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and 6sense is a plus.
