Objective of the Position
In this role you will support IT systems, infrastructure, and applications used within the local organization and production environment. The position combines hands-on IT support with support and maintenance of manufacturing and production-related systems.
You will help ensure stable daily IT operations by supporting users, troubleshooting issues, monitoring systems, and maintaining connectivity between equipment and IT systems. The role also includes participation in smaller improvement and development activities related to reporting and system usability.
As part of the global IT organization, you will work together with both local teams and global IT colleagues.
Characterization of Activities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for users, hardware, software, infrastructure, and connected systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain IT and production-related systems, including PCs, servers, networks, printers, and manufacturing applications
- Support production operations by monitoring systems, maintaining connectivity, and assisting with traceability and reporting solutions
- Participate in system improvements, smaller development activities, and implementation of technical solutions to improve operations
- Collaborate with local teams and the global IT organization to ensure stable, efficient, and user-friendly IT services
Education, Experience and Knowledge
- MSc or BSc in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in industrial environments (programming, IT systems, production engineering)
- Strong proficiency in English (professional level)
- Service-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Demonstrated innovation and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and adaptable approach to technical and operational challenges
