Support Engineer
The Support Engineer role will involve providing technical support for our stock brokerage daily operations. This will include a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues before they affect our production environment. In addition, this role will also be involved in troubleshooting and rectifying issues during market trading hours. You will be working closely together with our operational and engineering division and be an integral part of our fast growing stock brokerage team.
Responsibilities include:
- Running daily procedures to ensure the customer and transaction data are accurate and ready for daily trading activity.
- Running daily procedures to ensure the system is up and running, ready for the daily trading activities.
- Monitoring and responding to issues related to our core trading system especially during trading hours.
- Assisting back office / operation team in troubleshooting and reports.
- Performing system maintenance and assisting the engineering team during maintenance periods.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve issues and other enquiries.
