Maintenance Technician
Under the supervision of the Director of Facility Operations, Maintenance Manager or designee, performs duties relevant to, but not limited to, the safe efficient operation, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs of the facility and Boilers/ steam distribution system. Have a working knowledge of HVAC distribution systems, as well as Medical Gas systems. Needs a working knowledge of Energy Management systems as well as basic computer operation skills. Needs to have knowledge of pipe fitting, pump repair, valve operations and all types of welding ability. The Power Plant Tech Mechanic needs to maintain all work areas in a clean and safe condition.
