What You Can Expect:

  • Lead a high-performing team of building services professionals.
  • Ensures assessment of and adherence to all regulatory requirements, including the Life Safety Code and maintaining the Statement of Conditions in Joint Commission accredited locations.
  • Oversight for effective fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedures and regulations.
  • Partners with Center of Excellence (CoE) and Population Health leadership to implement and execute on focused strategies. Manages planning with initiation of departmental goal setting and tracking on a regular basis.
  • Interacts with facility and Population Health leadership teams to provide consultation, influence decisions and identify and resolve critical issues. Develop positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of.
  • 10 years of relevant experience (building services).
