Data Registry Coordinator

Position Summary

The Data Registry Coordinator 1 is responsible for registry data.

Responsibilities include:

  • Obtaining data from relevant medical record resources for entry into a registry.
  • Working with various clinical areas to coordinate and improve data collection.
  • Analyzing data, identifying trends, patterns and reporting findings.
  • Suggesting recommendations for process improvements.
  • Engaging with leadership and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of quality/process improvement advancing program effectiveness, and management of change.
  • Participating in data compilation for audits and accreditation of the program/initiative.
  • Providing outcome reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining knowledge and skills related to registry.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: None

56 hours biweekly, day time hours with some flexibility with hybrid option once orientation/training is complete.
