You'll work with their engineering, product, and business leaders to solve challenges, improve processes, and shape their monetization roadmap. What You'll Do

  1. Customer Advocacy – Represent the customer's voice internally, ensuring their needs are reflected in Stigg's roadmap and service delivery.
  2. Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with executives, engineering leads, and product managers, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  3. Technical Guidance – Lead onboarding and implementation, including API/SDK integrations, with clear, actionable instructions.
  4. Project Management – Drive success plans from kick-off to adoption, tracking progress, managing timelines, and meeting agreed outcomes.
  5. Proactively recommend best practices to optimize monetization workflows and prevent issues.
  6. Conduct regular reviews to measure impact, track KPIs, and align on future initiatives.
  7. Act as the escalation point for technical challenges, resolving issues quickly with internal teams.
  8. Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales to capture them.
  9. Share knowledge internally to scale best practices across the team.
