What You'll Be Doing

The Bank Client Support Specialist II is responsible for providing professional and knowledgeable assistance to internal and external clients via a variety of communication methods. Additionally, this position is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring moderately to highly complex operational functions to support bank operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Responds to client requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat.
  • Performs a variety of work assignments, including new account activity, mobile deposits, outbound wire calls, account maintenance, debit and credit card functions and lockbox), in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.
  • Provides support to internal clients throughout the Bank and brokerage firm.
  • Utilizes a variety of resources, systems and processes to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Responsible for special projects as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior service for both facing and non-facing internal and external clients
  • Intermediate knowledge of current banking terminology, regulations and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use good professional judgment to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum Required: 2-4 years' of client service experience; 2-4 years of general banking experience

Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None

Systems & Technology

  • Demonstrated proficiency working with computers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
