Under the direction of the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Director of Enrollment Operations will serve on the Enrollment Leadership Team and manage the daily operations of the Enrollment Division which includes administration of our Constituent Relationship Manager (CRM), Technolutions Slate, in accordance with complete data integrity with our Student Information System (SIS), Ellucian Colleague. The Director of Enrollment Operations will be responsible for training and supervision of data entry and application review, processing and completing communication flow communications, preparing, and sending bulk communications, and reporting and tracking of Admissions funnel. With the Enrollment Leadership Team, the position will share responsibility for planning, coordinating and participating in all Campus Visit Recruitment Programs and related activities for the express purpose of providing the University with a representative applicant pool in order to achieve the University's enrollment objectives. The incumbent must function in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the University and must have an appreciation for Catholic higher education and diversity. The incumbent will demonstrate professional behavior consistent with the values of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (FranU). This is an exempt position that is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of and participation in undergraduate recruitment, admission and marketing processes for all FranU undergraduate programs.
