Account Services Associate
The Account Services Associate is responsible for the coordination of specified accounts with independent apparel stores, specialty stores, and major department stores. This position supports the Wholesale business.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our WA office and requires working on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, input & track all new orders and reorders for customers into the system
- Constant maintenance of all customers' orders such as style details, delivery dates, increase quantity, decrease the quantity, multiple split orders, customer requirements, UPC labels, special carton markings & case packs, etc
- Constant communication with customers/buyers/salespeople regarding order details & status, customer guidelines, labels, packing, letter of credits, confirmation samples, updates, delays, shipping, miscellaneous problems & special projects
- Will also have interaction with the warehouse, Accounts Receivable, Production & Key account
- Review customer selling on a regular basis as well as helping with the customer on order
- May need to help with quarterly numbers such as and/or oversold
- Working with EDI customers 850/860's
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 years in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $65,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
