Sales Director Germany AEMP

You will actively shape the market entry, build structures, develop processes, and set strategic impulses – with a strong international portfolio, a clear vision, and a leadership team that supports you. Your contribution is crucial for our success in Germany.

This position is to be filled nationwide and is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are already deeply rooted in the AEMP market and are now ready to move from a co-shaper to a leading voice. Perhaps you don't have senior management experience yet, but you know the mechanics of the capital business, understand clinic processes, and have the potential to take responsibility for the market, people, and strategy.

Your Tasks at a Glance

  • Building, developing and leading the German AEMP sales team (account managers & tender specialists)
  • Developing and implementing a scalable sales strategy for capital goods, consumables, and software solutions
  • Direct exchange with decision-makers in clinics and hospital associations
  • Responsibility for sales, growth, and market shares in the German healthcare market
  • Close cooperation with management, marketing, service, and international colleagues

What You Bring With You

We are not looking for a perfect resume, but a personality with strategic vision, sales strength, and humanity. You understand how to open new markets – with focus, energy, persuasiveness, and a good team.

What we wish for:

  • 10 years of experience in MedTech sales with a focus on AEMP
  • Experience in leading, developing, and scaling successful sales teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the clinic market and procurement processes
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength, and implementation orientation
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • High willingness to travel within Germany, especially to our healthcare location in Hamburg
