The Technical Support Manager works in collaboration with a Senior Engineer and brings expertise in products, clinical trials, and technique, in the specialization areas of the assigned products, in the EMEA zone.
Main Responsibilities
CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF NEW EQUIPMENT
Participate in the identification of improvement points to consider on similar equipment
Participate in the updating of technical documentation
Monitor equipment performance during the first months after launch and report the information to the Senior Engineer.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF THE STERIS NETWORK (direct and distributors)
Conduct technical training, update teaching tools, and suggest evolutions of supports
Provide telephone, email, and occasionally on-site customer support
Validate warranty claims
Ensure the transmission of information on important technical evolutions
Control returns of parts (RMA) before restocking and investigate in case of failure
COLLABORATION WITH THE SENIOR ENGINEER
Propose updates to technical documentation for equipment
Identify and report anomalies requiring corrective action and participate in the search for solutions
Detect at-risk situations, failures at delivery, and alert
Engineer by training, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical service of maintenance and electromechanical repair.
You have advanced skills in IT/connectivity.
Knowledge of the Medtech sector is a plus.
You have a capacity for synthesis, analysis, and are a force of proposal.
You master English (B2 level minimum required).
Management position - 216 days allowance

Proposed remuneration fixed salary 44,000€ - 49,000€ + 10% variable
72% coverage of the health insurance
Possible travels in the EMEA region (about 15% of the time)
