Workshop Engineer (2 years contract)

Job Description:

Supervise and lead maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Oversee day to day operations, ensuring the adherence to maintenance schedules and protocols

Ensuring workshop is equipped for maintenance tasks

Monitor and implement quality control measurement to ensure standards of workmanship on all activities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workshop policies, promoting safe work environment for all staff

Management of workshop cost and sales optimizing resource utilization

Prepare and present operational report to upper management, conveying important KPI

Facilitate effective communication and workflow within the organization

Inspect equipment for defects for systems

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard set by customer

Perform test and ensure equipment meet requirements

Document findings and prepare detailed report

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance, preferably in a similar role

Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and management

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
