Be part of the client's DMZ network support team providing operations support and maintenance for core network infrastructure.
Manage and track incidents through to resolution by collaborating with cross-functional teams and escalating issues as necessary to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
Conduct fault analysis, problem resolution, configuration updates, performance optimization, etc.
Maintain and update documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations as well as completeness and adherence to the required security policies, standards, and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of working experience with comprehensive understanding of network equipment and related systems.
Hands-on experience and working knowledge of firewall, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, NTP configuration, TCP/IP networking, etc.
Ability to diagnose and resolve network access problems and perform network troubleshooting.
Certification in network/system expertise (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, etc.) will have an added advantage.
Prior working experience in defense organizations or government ministries requiring security clearance will have an advantage.
