Be part of our success:

• Handle employee data management such as posting job advertisements to portals
• Responsible for the generation of Employee staff card
• Handling the creation of Employment Certificates and answering staff enquiries
• Responsible for processing Re-appointment letters for staff
• Compiling and verifying staff records and documents in HR system
• Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers' expectations
• Responsible for meeting KPIs
• Address to customer issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws

Qualities we value:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma and above. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good written and communication skills
• Able to multitask and is Tech Savvy
• Quick learner and a team player
• Meticulous in record keeping
• Able to work independently
• Able to multi-task and manage the workload during peak periods and work closely with the team as backup resources for timely delivery of services
• Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage
