The Assistant Radar Operations Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of radar system maintenance to ensure system readiness and performance. This role involves managing personnel, maintaining radar equipment, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and analysing system data for performance improvements. The manager serves as a liaison between maintenance teams, management, and external customers, ensuring radar capabilities align with the KPI set. Strong leadership, technical expertise in radar systems, and effective communication are key to success in this role.
