Provide support in purchasing, parts and inventory management

Drive a world-class safety and quality culture
Inventory Maintenance including:
- Count and sort merchandise by product number and description
- Store merchandise on shelved according to identifying information
- Determine methods of storage and stock location and categorize accordingly
- Move and transport materials or supplies
Complete bi-annual inventory count of on-site and off-site warehouse
Set up suppliers in purchasing system
Prepare and edit purchase orders; send copies to suppliers and ordering departments
Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient
Place orders with suppliers and vendors ensuring documentation is in order with clear terms
Interact with suppliers in case of delay in deliveries or receipt of incorrect/damaged goods
Approve payment of invoices
Run top-level analysis- dollars spent- consumption
Identify ways to reduce costs for the company by researching different vendors
