Statsig is looking for an experienced and hands-on sales leader to manage our team of Growth Account Executives. In this role, you'll lead a group of sellers focused on driving new business across high-velocity, mid-sized companies (up to ~350 employees). You'll work closely with our senior leadership team to scale a repeatable growth sales motion, sharpen our outbound playbook, and help unlock new logo acquisition at pace.
We're looking for someone who has successfully led Growth or Commercial AEs before, knows how to coach reps in running disciplined but fast-moving deal cycles, and thrives in dynamic environments. If you've worked in the data platform, devtools, or analytics space—this is a great fit.
