Your Tasks:

  • Care and expansion of existing customers in the mid-market area as well as the individual development of a customer portfolio
  • Completion of renewals as well as identification and implementation of upsell and cross-sell potentials to increase revenue
  • Conducting proactive engagements and product coaching
  • Identification of expansion opportunities and implementation of upselling strategies
  • Strategic customer support and development to promote long-term, customized growth
  • Contract negotiations at the highest decision-making level with a focus on customized solutions
  • Solution-oriented consulting based on the specific requirements of customers and the development of individual product solutions

Your Skills:

  • Several years of experience in account management or customer success management, particularly in the expansion and individual development of customer portfolios
  • Ideally knowledge of dealing with platform or license business
  • Experience in working with concrete sales targets and activity metrics, as well as the implementation of sales strategies
  • Proactive mindset and motivation to actively expand customer relationships and promote long-term growth
  • Excellent communication skills in German at native level and fluent English
